About Poppy MSc, BSc (Hons), MBPsS
I completed my undergraduate degree at Bath Spa University (achieving a 2:1) in Psychology and my Master's Degree in Neuropsychology (Merit). I have been tutoring for 4 years, increasing my student's mark average by three grades. Each student works and learns differently, so I tailor each of my sessions to their learning style to ensure maximum effectiveness. Most of the time, the students are more than capable it is just confidence that is lacking, so being able to sit and chat about a topic helps them understand that they do know what they are talking about.

I am an MSc Psychology student, having studied psychology for over five years, I have learnt that everyone absorbs information in different ways, so being flexible in your teaching style is vital. As a dyslexic, I have learnt many strategies to break down topics and linguistic barriers to ensure I understand the material thoroughly. But, most importantly, the key to academic success is confidence; once a student believes in themselves, the sky is the limit.
