I like using the communicative and lexical approach paying a lot of attention to the speaking aspect. I consider working online the most productive way to study the language because there are many digital tools to do that in a very interesting way!
I prefer working with adult students via Skype, Zoom, What's app. One lesson takes 60 minutes.
