About Brittu
There’s some days where I really enjoy teaching. When I watch students become inspired by what they learn. When I see them overcome barriers and improve themselves. When I watch them go out into the world older and wiser than they used to be.
On those days, I wonder why everyone doesn’t wish to be a teacher.
But when I’m required to teach from curriculum that I know isn’t helpful or is even wrong; when students are distracted, angry, and rude; when the workload is overwhelming and the results are disheartening; when administrative rules make everything much more difficult…
On those days, I look at the next generation of aspiring teachers and wish I could be optimistic about their future careers
I would tell anyone who aspired to be a teacher that teaching is an admirable vocation, but it isn’t quite as easy as it might appear and that there are plenty of “gators” in the swamp of public schools.
Talented and dedicated teachers are one of the most treasured assets a school, district, community can have, so when you can find one, nurture them, and help them to be successful, it is wonderful.

Being a private tutor and giving private classes is an exciting job. However, during the first meeting with your students, it is absolutely essential to make a good impression.
