About Prakhar
I am a lecturer at department of psychology in an autonomous college of Lucknow University. I have completed my M.phil last year from Gandhi Nagar. I have been teaching since last one year and my topic of interest is positive psychology.

My teaching method is having interactive sessions with my students as it removes the monotonous and lengthy lecturers just based entirely on theories, which only gives knowledge and not insight. Discussions are very integral nowadays since learning is always two ways. Also healthy discussions help in eradicating firm and orthodox beliefs which in turn leads to self development
