About Chris
It’s exciting getting a new dog, I’ve been there many times. I’ve adopted, rehabilitated, and retrained many dogs. 2 of them went on to become therapy dogs and we visited hospitals together.
I’m a CAPTD certified pet dog trainer.
Why use antiquated punishment-based training techniques that use pain, fear, and avoidance, when I can show you training techniques based on rewards, praise, and kindness that even your children can use .
I also know how hard it can be and how challenging. Small regular steps and establishing a regular routine is so important to get cumulative results. You can do it! I'll help you to eventually get a calm, well-mannered, happy dog that you can take with you anywhere you want.

Your first session is free, it's basically a get to know each other session where you tell me your situation and what you need help with.
Are you needing help to decide on how to adopt a puppy, a shelter dog , a rescue ? Not sure what to look for?
Is this your the first dog you have ever owned and don't know where to start?
Have you had dogs before but need some guidance going into it again?
Do you need structure and a framework for training step by step?
We'll chat and I'll get an idea of what i can do for you and how to deliver it for you, then you can decide if that works for you.
