I believe ' you teach by learning and learn from teaching.' Teaching is essentially to share.
I welcome all and any age group, race gender, doesn't matter.
Self development is a life long journey
My teaching lessons are simple and exploratory based with course material from various fields and sources
My technique is about creating an open space that is contemplative, interactive and accommodating to questions seeking and geared towards personal growth and transformation.
My hope and goal at the end of each lesson is to equip learners to share and teach their own unique perspective and methods discovered on their journey towards personal development. To leave each individual empowered with who and what is inside of them.
