About William
My background includes a B.A. in Spanish and M.S. in Spanish/Bilingual Education from California State University in Southern California. My credentialed teaching experience includes fourteen years teaching in public education, ten years at the University of California, and eight years at a local private high school, teaching Spanish to young people at a variety of academic and proficiency levels.
My fun-based teaching strengths are supported by the latest discoveries in second language research. Strategies for teaching both children and adults include simplifying complex language topics, using easy-to-manage technologies, and practicing real-life scenarios.
