About Poonam
"Hello everyone! My name is [Your Name], and I am very happy to be here with you today. I have been a digital marketer for the past 8 years, where I developed strong communication skills and advanced computer knowledge. However, teaching has always been a passion of mine. When I was in high school, I used to teach Mathematics to students in grades 5 to 8, and I truly enjoyed helping them understand concepts in a simple way. Now, I am starting my journey as a tutor, and this is my very first demo class. I am excited to share my knowledge with you all. Today, I will be teaching you about Past Tense in English Grammar. The past tense is used to talk about actions or events that have already happened. It has four types: Simple Past – For completed actions (e.g., I ate an apple). Past Continuous – For ongoing past actions (e.g., I was studying when you called). Past Perfect – For actions completed before another past action (e.g., I had finished my homework before dinner). Past Perfect Continuous – For long ongoing past actions before another event (e.g., She had been working there for five years before she left). (Warmly encourage students to answer and use their responses to introduce the lesson)
