About Ife
I have 8 years of experience teaching children from ages 5-18 public speaking, debating and communication skills. I also help students study for Politics, Citizenship and Sociology exams. I also have extensive experience helping students with CV's as well interview prep. I have worked with over 100 students and have a proven track record of improving students critical thinking, 5 of my students have gone on to make their national debate team. In 2016, I represented England at the World Junior Debating Championships winning the World Title and I'm currently ranked in the top 20 speakers in Europe. I am the former Vice-Chair of the British Youth Council, a National Poetry Champion and a used to work for the educational organisation, Debate Mate, as the Graduate Programme Director. Currently, I am a politics finalist at Bristol University.

I create individual learning plans based on the student I'm teaching. I believe that students work best when they have calm and safe environments where they can develop and learn while exploring their own academic interests. As a teacher, I am honest and try and create a mentor/student relationship as opposed to a teacher/student, all while maintaining discipline

Details
I charge £35 per hour and £30 per hour for online work. £35 is for the all-inclusive package of politics and current affairs tutoring, interview help, CV writing and public and debate coaching. Within this, students get personalised individual learning plans created for them that can be tailored to fit the curriculum they study within school. Ideally, sessions would last 2 hours long in order to make them the most productive they can be. If you book a pack of 5 sessions (10 hours) or more, then a discount will be applied.
