About Emily
I recently graduated with a 1st in a Politics and International Relations BSc, studied History, Philosophy and Psychology at A Level and am looking to help any students out with these topics. I can support your learning and/or give you essay structure guidance and feedback (or even just proof-read!).
When it comes to essay questions at GCSE, A Level and University, knowing your subject is (unfortunately) only half the job; being able to structure an essay well is the other key skill.

With the GCSE and A Level students I'm currently tutoring, I have two sessions per week. In the first, we agree on a useful essay to look at, discuss together what to include and how to structure it, and then we create a plan. The students then write an essay in time for the second session in which I will go through the essay with them and give constructive feedback. My approach is to work our sessions to your needs, and I'm flexible with timings and topics.
