About Frankie
My name is Frankie! I graduated Cardiff University in 2023 studying Politics and Philosophy.
I’ve always been interested in thinking deeply about social issues and societies. For example, what does it mean to be ‘left’ or ‘right’ wing? What part does feminism and colonialism play in our everyday lives today? Why should we be politically active?
I also enjoy the big questions about ethics and epistemology. How are beliefs justified? What does it mean for something to be ‘good’ or ‘bad’? Is there anything that is inherently good or bad?
Outside of my subjects, I love reading and going to live music events. I also love to cook, always open to trying something new!

I like to teach through discussion and debate as I think this is best when learning about politics and philosophy. Your opinion and thoughts are the basis of these topics, however I can help you refine these into well rounded arguments.
I am happy to tutor A-Level to 1st year degree level for both Politics and Philosophy. I would also be open to teaching basic political systems to anyone that feels like it would benefit them - whether this be a one off session or multiple.
Sessions would typically last an hour. However, I would be open to longer or shorter sessions depending on what is needed. I find it beneficial to have an initial chat to get an idea of what kind of help you are looking for so I can plan sessions accordingly.
