About Aiysha
I am a final year student studying 'Politics and International Relations' at the University of Warwick. I am a keen individual who takes an active interest in a range of world wide political affairs. I clearly recognise that politics is a very broad subject, which presents many advantages, but my clear political interest is with Middle Eastern and of course British politics (how could you not find it interesting especially with the issue of Brexit dawning over us).
I took Government and Politics, Media and Maths at A Level, fortunately achieving the grades A A A* respectively. At degree level, I have been a consistent high achiever and hard worker on all assignments and exams throughout the two years that I have been studying politics.
I have two years worth of tutoring, including one year working with a local company which pushed us to tutor in groups to pupils of a wide range of ages. My second year includes home tutoring where i developed a skill to clearly tutor students in small groups or in one on one environments.

I am a third year student who wishes to teach GCSE or A Level Politics and/or Media Studies. I am also willing to teach 1st year politics students at University as often first year content does overlap and there are essential writing, analytical and research skills which all ages politics students should excel in.
I believe that when tutoring students, it is essential to create a relationship in which the student feels comfortable enough to relay areas in which they dont understand or are struggling. Often students which study politics, already have an interest in the subject and so have a clear amount of knowledge but need guidance on writing style or techniques. My lessons will emphasise the importance in finding a clear writing style in which the student is comfortable is with, using my writing templates which I have created specifically when addressing University assignments. Research is also essential for politics students, and thus my lesson structures will also teach the best ways to gather information and reference sources used.
I am a friendly, energetic individual who converses with younger students comfortably and so enabling a working student-tutor relationship where the student will learn to develop essential writing skills needed to excel in humanities subjects at all levels, including Politics and/or Media studies.

She's also had experience tutoring children for 11+ with a tuition company for which she did really well at. She would make for a great tutor with alot of passion!
