About Giulia
I have many years of experience as an instructor of Pilates and postural gym. Actually I work in several gyms in Rome, in a pilates studio and I collaborate with a physiotherapy study. My classes are always for a small number (maximum 6 people) in order to optimize the results in terms of increased mental and physical wellbeing.

Hello! Iam a passionate teacher of Pilates Matwork, discipline that I have practiced for many years as a student until graduating as an instructor at the CSEN. I offer individual and small groups lessons according to the Polestar Pilates method. Classes include bodyweight excercises or with small tools (elastic, fitball, softball) and last 45 or 60 minutes. Ideal for those who want to tone their body, improve posture, relieve back pain and recover flexibility.
