I will make sessions fun yet challenging. Every session will have 70% technique driven/training to enable building good habits - this will include drills,movement.
20% of the training will be game situations, how we return certain shots, how we would reaction in situations inthe game so when it happens we will be calm.
10%we will focus entirely on any weak points in your overall game, so we compound the training in order to avoid weak points
