For all my students, I plan the lesson based on the homework received from school and the topics which they wish to cover.
In the lesson I will prioritise actively going through different examples on the topics that they are finding challenging, followed by picking a few examples from their homework and walking them through it.
After which I will ask the student to complete a few questions by themselves to demonstrate their knowledge and that they have really understood what has been taught.
I will adapt my teaching style to cater to the age and level of each student. Making them as fun and engaging as possible.
I teach all the way from primary school ages (8-11) and secondary level up to GCSR (12-16).
I have tutored various children in primary school, in preparation for 11+ exams as well as helping countless of my friends during our GCSE’s.
I charge on an hourly basis, given that my standard lesson time is 1 hour.
