About Eero
I am a piano tutor with 9 years of experience and a B.Mus in Piano Performance along with an M.Mus in Music Pedagogy. I specialize in developing technical skill, expressive interpretation, and collaborative performance. I teach beginners foundational techniques, intermediate learners expressive phrasing and improvisation, and advanced learners complex repertoire and ensemble work. Lessons combine technical exercises, repertoire, creative exploration, and performance coaching. My teaching approach is adaptive, encouraging, and focused on individual progress. Beginners build foundational skills, intermediate learners refine phrasing and expression, and advanced learners develop stylistic nuance and ensemble confidence. Feedback is continuous, constructive, and personalized. Lessons balance technical skill, musicality, and creative expression. Outside teaching, I perform, study repertoire, and mentor students for recitals and ensemble events. Teaching piano allows me to witness learners grow in skill, musicality, and confidence.
