About Reeta
I am a Piano tutor with over 12 years of teaching experience, dedicated to helping students of all ages learn music in an enjoyable and effective way. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals, creating lessons that are tailored to individual goals and skill levels.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, communication, and encouragement. I believe that every student can learn Piano successfully when they receive the right guidance and support. My lessons are designed to build confidence while making the learning process engaging and rewarding.
Students in my classes learn piano techniques, scales, chords, rhythm training, sight reading, ear training, music theory, improvisation, and performance preparation. I focus on helping students develop strong fundamentals that support long-term musical growth.
Apart from Piano, I teach keyboard skills, music reading, and basic music theory. These additional subjects help students understand music more deeply and become more independent musicians.
My goal is to create a positive and motivating learning environment where students feel inspired to improve, express themselves creatively, and enjoy every step of their musical journey.

My teaching methodology is based on communication, creativity, flexibility, and encouragement. I believe that learning piano should be enjoyable, practical, and rewarding for every student. Every learner has different strengths and goals, so I design lessons that match their level, interests, and learning speed.
The first step is building a strong foundation through proper posture, hand position, finger exercises, rhythm practice, note reading, and music theory. These skills help students develop confidence before moving on to scales, chords, arpeggios, dynamics, pedal techniques, sight reading, and expressive playing.
I explain every lesson using simple English and practical demonstrations. Students are encouraged to ask questions, understand each concept clearly, and practise regularly. I provide continuous feedback and adjust lessons whenever needed so students can improve comfortably.
To make lessons enjoyable, I introduce songs from different musical styles, including classical, pop, devotional, movie themes, and contemporary music. Creative exercises such as improvisation and accompaniment help students improve confidence and musical expression.
Besides piano, I teach keyboard fundamentals, ear training, rhythm development, music theory, sight reading, music appreciation, and performance preparation. These additional subjects help students become well-rounded musicians.
My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students enjoy music, improve steadily, and develop confidence that lasts throughout their musical journey.
