About Gabriel

I help students start playing real music early—often within the first few lessons.

I’m a professional pianist with 12+ years of teaching experience and over 7 years of international performing (Switzerland, Austria, Iceland, Spain, and worldwide on luxury cruise ships).

Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after a break, I tailor each lesson to your goals so you can progress efficiently and enjoy the process.

I started piano at age 6 and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Piano Performance. I’ve also taken part in many masterclasses and studied with outstanding pianists. My background includes classical, jazz, blues, pop, rock, and chord-based playing.

I’m passionate about teaching and focused on helping you reach your goals in a clear, supportive, and enjoyable way.

I am a patient and dedicated piano teacher, working with students of all ages and levels. Every lesson is tailored to your goals, learning style, and musical interests.

I teach a wide range of styles, from classical to modern music (jazz, blues, pop, etc.).

I can teach you reading sheet music or playing by ear, depending on your preference and goals. I can also help you improvise and create your own music in the styles you enjoy.

I also have strong experience working with students with ADHD and dyslexia, adapting lessons to make learning clear, structured, and engaging.

I focus on healthy technique, musicality, and effective practice habits to build confidence and avoid tension or injury. I also help students develop a technique that prevents common issues such as tendonitis, which is very important for long-term playing.

You’ll also receive support outside lessons, including answers, feedback, and video explanations when needed.

I prepare students for ABRSM and Trinity exams (Grades 1–8 and Diplomas), but I also teach students who simply want to enjoy playing.

My students range from age 3 to 75+, and all make meaningful progress.

Online lessons are just as effective as in-person ones. I use a professional multi-camera setup and high-quality audio so you can clearly see technique and movement. Most of my lessons (95%+) are taught online.

Curriculum

There is no single method that fits everyone, so I adapt all materials to you.

For beginners, I often use Alfred’s Basic Piano Library. For classical and jazz development, I work with ABRSM and Trinity syllabi. I’m always happy to use other methods if you prefer.

Alongside structured materials, I include music you enjoy and focus on essential skills that apply across all styles—from classical to modern music.

  • 1) When did you first develop a passion for music and your favourite instrument?

The earliest, at the age of 2-3 years old, I remember enjoying watching and listening to my mother playing the piano. Around the age of 6 years old I started to take piano lessons. One year later, while learning a new song, I realized that I love how this instrument sounds.
  • 2) Is there a particular type of music or artist that you listen to on a loop without it driving you crazy?

Yes, I could definitely find songs in any genre I could listen them on repeat.

These are usually the songs that put me in a good mood and bring positive energy into my life. For me music is a matter of energy, fuel.
  • 3) Explain to us the most difficult or riveting course you could personally give to a student of music.

I could teach the technique in a clear and pleasant way. I could help my students enjoy the learning process and find their musical path to achieve their goals.
  • 4) What do you think is the most complicated instrument to master and why?

I believe that learning to play an instrument can be very difficult at a professional level. You need to be perseverant and also to work in the right way. You need to find and work with very good teachers. By good teachers I mean good musicians how are willing to share the information they have. I observed that a good part of professional musicians tend to hide information, and put themselves on a pedestal.

I believe being a teacher is about giving, and trying to help you students reaching their individuality. We are in competition with ourselves, not with everybody else. Everyone has the potential to create and offer something great to the world.
  • 5) What are your keys to success?

The keys to success are perseverance, patience, hard work, balance and learning from professionals. You should Never Give Up. We should also focus on the things we want to most to achieve. This this must be Good to the World as well.
  • 6) Name three musicians you dream of meeting in your favourite bar in the early hours of the morning. Explain why.

I would love to meet Tom Macdonald , Chris Stapleton and Valentina Lisista. I would like to have a casual conversation with them, see them, and thank them for their work.
  • 7) Provide a valuable anecdote related to music or your days at music school.

In high school my Class Teacher was very nice to me. She exempted me from different classes in order to prepare more for my Music University exam and final exam. My colleagues were angry with me, and they used to ask me if I decided to quit school ? :))

My final exam of the high school and the University admission was a success.
  • 8) What are the little touches that make you a Superprof in music?

I really care about my students.

I am a very patient teacher. I love teaching all ages. I don't teach everyone the same way. I adapt lessons according to individual goals/needs. I insist on the importance of technique and musicality.

I also guide all my students even outside of the teaching time, by responding to all their questions (music theory or technical) and sending them videos.
