About Remi
I have 9 years of experience teaching piano and hold a PhD in Piano Performance Education. During my career, I have guided students in improving technique, performance ability, and musical understanding across a range of styles. Helping learners achieve progress and confidence is one of the most fulfilling parts of teaching.
My teaching approach combines structure, creativity, and encouragement. I believe students learn best when they understand musical concepts clearly and feel supported throughout their journey. Lessons are carefully adapted to suit individual needs.
Outside teaching, I enjoy accompanying musicians, researching piano education, and exploring new repertoire. These experiences help me continue growing as an educator and musician. I am passionate about helping students reach their potential and enjoy a lifelong connection with music.

My piano lessons are designed to help students become confident and capable musicians through practical learning experiences. We focus on note reading, rhythm training, finger independence, hand coordination, scales, chord progressions, and expressive performance. Every lesson encourages students to build strong foundations while enjoying music.
Students engage in sight-reading activities, technical exercises, repertoire development, listening practice, and creative musical tasks. I provide clear explanations and structured guidance to help learners understand concepts deeply. Lessons are personalized to match individual learning preferences and goals.
I enjoy helping students develop confidence at the keyboard while strengthening their overall musicianship. Through encouragement and constructive feedback, learners build skills that continue to grow beyond each lesson. My goal is to make piano learning inspiring, rewarding, and enjoyable.
