About Thea
I earned a Bachelor's in Piano Pedagogy and have been teaching piano for 6 years. Working with students of different ages has helped me understand how to make lessons engaging, structured, and enjoyable. Watching learners achieve their musical goals is always rewarding.
I believe every student benefits from patient guidance and clear instruction. My lessons encourage steady progress while allowing students to develop their own musical personality. Technical growth and creativity remain equally important throughout the learning journey.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy accompanying performers, arranging piano music, and exploring new teaching approaches. These experiences keep my lessons fresh and practical. Helping students develop lifelong confidence at the piano is something I truly value.

My piano lessons encourage students to become confident musicians through balanced technical and creative learning. We study finger independence, rhythm training, sight reading, chord progressions, scales, dynamics, duet playing, musical phrasing, ear training, and expressive performance. Every lesson is designed to make learning enjoyable while developing strong musical skills.
I include creative exercises, guided improvisation, rhythm games, listening activities, and performance preparation to help students stay motivated. Each lesson is planned around individual goals, allowing beginners and experienced players to improve comfortably. Supportive feedback and regular review strengthen both confidence and technique.
Music should inspire curiosity and enjoyment. My goal is to help students develop lasting musical habits while expressing themselves naturally through the piano. Every lesson builds stronger skills and greater confidence with each new piece.
