About Shea
I have 5 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy. Throughout my career, I have worked with students of different ages and abilities, helping them strengthen their skills while developing confidence through music. Teaching piano allows me to support creativity and personal achievement.
My teaching philosophy focuses on patience, structure, and encouragement. I help students understand musical concepts clearly while creating a supportive environment where they can grow at their own pace. Every learner receives guidance tailored to their needs and goals.
One of the most fulfilling parts of teaching is seeing students develop confidence through their accomplishments. I enjoy helping learners discover their musical strengths and reach important milestones. My aim is to create lessons that inspire enjoyment, progress, and long-term success.

My piano lessons are designed to help students build strong musical foundations while enjoying the learning process. We focus on finger independence, rhythm accuracy, sight-reading, hand coordination, articulation, dynamics, and musical interpretation through structured and engaging activities. Every lesson supports gradual and lasting improvement.
I use technical exercises, repertoire studies, listening activities, reading practice, and performance preparation techniques to strengthen musicianship. Students learn how to approach practice effectively while developing confidence in their playing. Lessons encourage curiosity, consistency, and personal growth.
Each lesson plan is adapted to match the learner's goals and experience level. Whether preparing for examinations, performances, auditions, or personal enjoyment, students receive practical guidance and detailed feedback. My goal is to help learners become confident and expressive pianists.
