About TXELL
My experience with pool chlorine comes from a very young age, I have always been passionate about water sports. I did 3 years of swimming and then I went to water polo (I have already been 11 years and those that remain).
I have been competing at a high level during a stage of my short life and I had trained with the Catalan preselection more than 5 times.

The main thing is to improve your swimming technique or if he/she doesn't know how to swim correctly teach them to move comfortably through this medium, the water.
From here it depends on the discipline (swimming or water polo), the specification of the different styles of each sport will be deepened.
In swimming, what is sought is to have a good paddling technique and feet to advance comfortably and subtract seconds. On the other hand, with water polo, you will have to learn basic movements, ball practice, etc.
