About Janeeta
My name is Janeeta and I am currently a physics undergraduate at the University of Southampton. A lot of STEM subjects, especially physics and maths, are often seen as "scary" and the majority tend to stay away but I want to help break those stereotypes and show that these subjects are accessible to anyone who puts their mind to it! I do understand that a lot of concepts in maths, physics and chemistry take a while to grasp, so I would ensure that the lessons would be taken at the student's pace to allow room for thought and questioning. The lessons aim to be able to build confidence on the subject which I believe can only happen through thorough understanding and learning from mistakes!

I like to tailor my teaching methods to each student's specific learning styles and implement learning plans to be able to closely evaluate their progression and address any specific concerns. The lessons are typically about an hour long and I will use tools such as a whiteboard or booklets filled with exam questions so that I can both teach concepts and test the student's understanding of it.

I think Janeeta is a trustworthy maths tutor because she helped me with my maths homework and I really struggle in maths as I was getting 3s and with the help of her I managed to get a grade 5 in my recent GCSE math test.
