About Lewis

Do you ever wonder why physics feels like a foreign language until the math finally clicks? I teach because I spent my own time at Yale dissecting derivations and formulas until they became intuitive.

I ask a lot of questions before I offer any answers, focusing on conceptual learning and graph interpretation. I find that I work best with people who want to understand the mechanics of optics and units and measurements. It is a process of thinking through things together.

About the lesson

Graphing motion often feels like staring at a static wall of ink until the slope starts to tell a story. I fix this by breaking down optics and units and measurements through clear, rigorous dialogue. My 6.0 standard ensures we cover the necessary breadth without wasting time.
