About Yvet
Hello! I am a STEM student who loves math and physics. My academic journey was driven by a quest for excellence that led me to become a physics school champion and to rank in the top 50 in all of Canada in the American Mathematics competition.
With years of practical tutoring experience since 2023, I understand the common barriers students face when dealing with advanced subjects. I am committed to sharing my knowledge and helping others unlock their full academic potential. Outside of numbers and formulas, I am a patient tutor who says "Aha!" whenever I see a student finally grasp a difficult concept. Whether you're trying to ace your next test or preparing for a high-stakes competition, I'm here to guide you every step of the way with professionalism, encouragement, and proven strategies.

My teaching approach is based on years of experience as an academic mentor since 2023, with an emphasis on a personalized, student-centered approach. I firmly believe that every student absorbs information differently. Thus, my technique is highly adaptive (" individual ") : I assess each student's current foundation and tailor a typical lesson plan to address their specific weaknesses while amplifying their strengths.
