About Gary
I earned a Physics M.S. degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder (CU-Boulder). While at CU-Boulder I was a teaching assistant for undergraduate physics courses. After leaving CU-Boulder I taught middle school math. Eventually I left that position and entered my current job as a software developer. I am now aspiring towards a data science position.
Currently not taking any students the moment due to Data Science school. I will return to tutoring after 14 October 2022.

When I tutor, I usually help students process the question one step at a time. I ask a lot of questions to ensure the student understands why we are doing each step. If I feel unsure the student understands how to do the problem, I typically will create practice problems for the student.
