I’ve been teaching Physical Education and Food technology for over 20 years and I have a strong back ground in theory lessons, particularly anatomy and physiology.
I teach aerobics and fitness classes which can be taught online for others to deliver.

Practical lessons for improving fitness or delivery of practical lessons are pitched so that you can learn how to do certain moves and routines. All abilities catered for.
