About Belén
I'm a physical education teacher and I'm finishing my degree in kinesiology and physiatry. I have more than 7 years of experience in training with different areas and ages, group and individual classes, and a large number of tools that allow me to carry out the training that each one needs to fulfill their objectives and that are lasting over time.

My class methodology is to adapt my knowledge of training, the anatomy and physiology of the body to the tastes, needs, difficulties and objectives of each person, and achieve effective results, lasting and feasible in an autonomous way. My goal as a teacher and kinesiologist is to provide the knowledge that each one needs with the resources that each one has, to know their body in movement, take care of it and enjoy it.
