About Amandeep
I am a Physical education student and a professional cricketer and have keen knowledge in Nutrition , Sports science, Health and well being, Sports training, Fitness etc
I have experience in coaching in a cricket academy for 2 years
I had interest in sports from my childhood. Since i was 9 yrs old i was playing good grade cricket and now i am 24 and i am still continuing in this feild from cricket ground to physical education steam and still involved in sports and physical activity somehow.
i have learned from my experience that being involve in physical activity regularly can improve your physical health and meantal well being. So i feel that its my responsibility to teach and guide people about the importance of sports, Health and well being in our lives As it helps in all around development of a child.
And as a physical education student its my duty to promote physical educatipon stream into the socitey and this platform is very suitable for such things. I hope we have a good experience in learning and sharingf knowledge.
