About Kia
I’m Kia, and I’m currently studying Philosophy at a Russel group university. I absolutely love the subject, and I really enjoy teaching concepts to people. I’ve tutored GCSE Maths in the past, and my main goal is to help people get through their qualification (and to enjoy it in the process)

I aim to help students not only understand the technical nature of each argument, but accurately apply them to their essays. I will aim to go over counter arguments, and will also aim to help students with exam technique and ensuring their essays are of the best standard. I'll happily go over written essays in lesson time and give my own advice.

I couldn’t recommend Kia enough, she’s kind, thorough and extremely patient. I suffer from ADHD so I can be a nightmare to teach constantly getting distracted and Kia was able to deal with that really well by adapting to my difficulties and was able to frame what I needed to do in clear and easily digestible ways even with more complex topics that would come up in philosophy. Anyone would be lucky to have Kia as their tutor!
