About Gideon
I'm a philosophy doctoral candidate student at Rhodes University, researching in the areas of moral and political philosophy. My thesis attempts to develop Albert Camus’ ethics and political philosophy, which extols human solidarity and explores how to mitigate the forces that inhibit us from acting humanely. I completed my MA in philosophy (with distinction) in 2021.
