About Andrew
First and foremost, I am a language lover. I study languages, I teach them, and I even contribute to their understanding by publishing articles in prestigious academic journals!
I am a Native Speaker of English (British accent), though I am fluent in both Catalan and Spanish (C2). I have an academic understanding of Latin, Ancient Greek, and Coptic, and I am in the process of learning Italian and Mandarin Chinese.
I am incredibly ambitious, hardworking, and enthusiastic person (who holds a doctorate and lectures at university before the age of 28) who thrives on sharing with and inspiring others. Helping others understand the diverse cultures of the world is truly a privilege.
In my spare time, I like to read, play music, videogames, and study frogs!

No matter what I teach, my classes are engaging and interactive. I can even make typically dull topics such as Latin grammar palatable and exciting!
This is because it is my priority to ensure that my students' needs are prioritised and every single lesson is bespoke. My lessons are always under an hour to capitalise on the optimum attention span that most of us have (~45 min) to ensure the most effective learning.
