I am a dedicated lecturer and PhD researcher in Sport and Exercise Science, driven by a passion for bridging the gap between academic research and practical application. Alongside my teaching, I run a sports injury clinic where I combine evidence-based practice with hands-on experience. In my sports science modules, I foster an engaging learning environment by combining theory with practical examples, tailoring the content to sports and activities that align with my students’ interests.
Each lesson includes interactive discussions, case studies, and video analysis to bring the concepts to life and enhance understanding.
