About Alexandra
Hi everyone. My name is Alexandra, and I’m a PhD student in Pharmaceutical Sciences that always has a huge love for dance. I have been dedicating myself to understanding the complex mechanisms that support health and well-being. At the same time, dance has always been a fundamental part of my life. Over the years, I have pursued different degrees - specialized in ballet and tap dance - and experiences that have shaped me into a versatile and curious learner. Dance has remained a constant thread throughout this journey, teaching me resilience, communication without words, and the value of balance between mind and body. Becoming a dance professor in my available time is a natural extension of who I am and something that I always looked for. It allows me to share my passion, inspire others to explore movement as a form of self-discovery, and maintain a vital equilibrium alongside my scientific career. I believe that both science and dance require dedication, precision, and imagination — qualities that I strive to cultivate and pass on to my students.

Dance is more than movement — it’s a way to connect with yourself, express emotions, and build confidence. In my classes, you’ll find an open, positive space where everyone can grow, regardless of experience level.
As a PhD student in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a lifelong passion for dance, I bring a unique perspective that unites discipline, creativity, and self-awareness. My goal is to help you discover how powerful your body can be — not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.
Each class is designed to help you improve technique, rhythm, and expression while having fun and feeling free. You’ll learn to move with purpose, build strength and flexibility, and find your own style of expression.
