About Lewis
Hi! I’m Lewis, a first-class Oxford Physics graduate, now pursuing a PhD in Atmospheric Physics at the University of Reading.
I’ve always been passionate about physics and maths, and I love breaking down complex ideas into simple, intuitive explanations. My goal is to help students not only understand the material but genuinely enjoy it, while building the confidence they need to excel.

I believe that any and every student can achieve top grades with enough targeted practice and with a tutor that can explain tough concepts in a personalised way that is inevitably overlooked in a 30-student classroom.
In typically 1 hour online lessons, using interactive whiteboard technology and past papers, I can identify the reason for a student's current confusion and work to build their confidence through discussions, examples and feedback on any work I have had them do and hand in for marking.
My lessons are for any GCSE, or sixth form student wanting to improve their grades in physics/maths/further maths. I achieved 4 A*s at A-Level and 12 grade 9's at GCSE and want to help other students achieve the same!
