About Kaitlyn
I am a PhD student at UofT specializing in the genetics of neurodevelopmental disorders. My undergraduate degree is from UofT in Human Biology and Physiology, with a minor in French. I took classes in neurology, physiology, anatomy, virology, forestry, cell biology, molecular biology and health sciences. I have lectured at high schools and elementary schools with the program Let's Talk Science and as a guest speaker. From my PhD I have experience in R coding, C++, bioinformatics, cell biology and most of all genetics.
I also recently trained 2 undergraduate students in our genetics lab. I trained them in cell biology techniques, brain anatomy and genetics.

She is extremely good at dumbing complicated concepts and mechanisms down for you, and helping you interpret what your professor is trying to say, haha! It is an absolute blessing for your grades if you get Kaitlyn as a tutor!
