About Massimo
I am an engineer with a master's degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Pavia (110 cum laude). I am currently in the process of pursuing a Ph.D. in Automation Engineering. During my career, in addition to dealing with scientific research, I had the opportunity to teach Automatics at different levels in university courses (both theoretical lessons and exercises) and to follow many students as a tutor!

I think that the best added-value that a private teacher/tutor can give is the possibility to adapt the lessons to the needs of the students. This is why I tend to have a flexible approach, which starts with establishing the best way to solve the student's problems quickly and effectively.
The lessons are always aimed at the best possible understanding, through both theoretical and practical explanations and examples (also using MATLAB, for example), which I often take from my research experiences. Starting from the more general concepts, we will then go on to deepen the more technical and specific aspects, also through personalized exercises.
My long experience in university, first as a student and then as a researcher and teacher, has allowed me to see the issues from both points of view, and I am convinced that this can be of great help for the students :)
Giving great importance to flexibility, I prefer online lessons. We can easily agree on duration and modalities, and possibly even establish paths of several lessons. Do not hesitate to contact me!

Massimo è stato un mio collega durante il dottorato di ricerca in ingegneria. È tra le persone che più stimo per la sua preparazione, serietà e competenza. Ho imparato molto da lui e penso sia un ottimo insegnante.
Massimo è un ottimo insegnante, ho svolto insieme a lui il dottorato di ricerca collaborando a qualche progetto ed è stato sempre disponibile a discutere di qualsiasi tematica per trovare la soluzione. Ha una grandissima conoscenza della teoria dei controlli ed è bravissimo a spiegare, l'ho visto tenere diverse esercitazione agli studenti che sono sempre stati soddisfatti della chiarezza delle spiegazioni
Ho lavorato con Massimo durante il dottorato di ricerca in automatica all'Università, per cui vanta numerose pubblicazioni che testimoniano la grande competenza nella materia. Per tre anni ha inoltre svolto attività di tutoring, supervisione tesi e numerose esercitazioni sia a studenti magistrali che triennali di automatica. Super raccomandato sia se vi serve aiuto per preparare gli esami sia se volete approfondire la materia.
