About Suniya
I am currently undertaking my Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Biophysics at University College London. I am also Post Graduate Teaching Assistant at University College London, Birkbeck University and New York University. I have teaching experience in Maths, Science and Bioinformatics.
I am also an Associate for Outsmart Insight Ltd, where we are involved in cutting edge research and developing latest technology for Life Science, Health and Medicine. I am also responsible for writing blog post for Outsmart Insight Ltd every month. I have written on various different topics and enjoy expressing myself in this creative way.
I also have experience in tutoring KS2, KS3, GCSE and A-Level students in Maths and Science. I have been tutoring for more than eight years, during which I have undertaken many teaching training courses in providing effective feedback, facilitating learning through open-ended questions, unconscious bias, to name a few.
I have used ZOOM, Microsoft Teams and Skype for delivering teaching sessions online.

My teaching methodology is flexible and depends on my class size, the students and their learning style. As a teacher, I am very adaptable and approachable and will cater for my students based on their needs. I have experience working with students from wide range of backgrounds and I have worked with students with special needs, where I have used visual learning tools and techniques to aid and facilitate their learning. I enjoy stimulating the minds of my students and getting them to think about a problem and giving them the opportunity to create a solution.
