All cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations that are received with at least 48 hours notice will be fully refunded. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and those that are missed without cancellation will not be refunded. Travel fees within my immediate location (Port Elgin / Saugeen Shores, Ontario) will be waved. Travel fees outside this area start at $10 to compensate for time, mileage, and fuel - I am willing to travel large distances under the right circumstances but under these circumstances I usually negotiate travel fees that are more appropriate to compensate for my travel.
