I am a research professional with more than 14 years of academic experience in research, teaching, mentoring and providing other academic services to elementary, high school and undergraduate students. I am a science graduate and I completed my PhD and post doctorate from the University of British Columbia.

I believe my three strong attributes for tutoring students are i) my patience to observe and listen my students, ii) respecting each and every student and iii) my energy and enthusiasm. My experience enabled me to keep refining my skills handling extreme behavioral issues while maintaining a focused class. I love doing a detailed planning before every class and implementing novel teaching methods for creating an interactive class, developing tests which invokes student’s thinking and fostering student’s leadership and problem-solving skills by having them collaborate. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching my students learn and grow and they, in return provided me with a fulfilling experience.
