About NITHYASHREE
I am a PhD Scholar in English Literature with a strong academic record and a passion for teaching, research, and student development. I have successfully qualified the UGC-NET examination and have cleared PhD entrance examinations twice, demonstrating my commitment to academic excellence and research. My scholarly engagement includes presenting research papers at three international conferences, where my work was selected for publication, and I currently have two research papers under review in Scopus-indexed journals. My research interests include Children's Literature, Trauma Studies, Gender Studies, Research Methodology, and Contemporary Literary Criticism.
Beyond research, I have substantial teaching and mentoring experience, having trained and guided more than 150 CBSE students in English language, literature, communication skills, and academic development. My students have shown significant improvement in academic performance, analytical thinking, writing skills, and confidence in English communication. I believe in creating an interactive and supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to think critically, ask questions, and develop independent perspectives.
My teaching combines conceptual clarity, personalized guidance, and practical application. As a PhD Scholar in English Literature, I am committed to creating a learning experience that is engaging, intellectually stimulating, and result-oriented. My working hypothesis is extremely simple, but I believe that everyone is born into this world with some kind of ability and good teaching should enable them to discover them and help them bloom. I am aware that the student learning needs differ and accordingly I modify my technique.

My classes are structured to commence with a review of what was already covered in the previous session and gradually build to a focused introduction to new subjects. Through interactive discussions, illustrative examples, analysis of selected texts, and practice sessions with my supervision, students are encouraged to play an active role in the learning process rather than simply listening. I make use of regular evaluations, constructive comments, and tailored approaches to study to enable progress.
I offer complete support for Literature students to examine concepts, analyze critical theories, prepare for examinations, complete assignments and write the dissertation.
Furthermore, I advise postgraduate students and research scholars in terms of designing research projects, conducting literature reviews, writing papers/theses and other publications, in addition to preparing proposals. What sets me apart is my teaching is in my clear explanation, guidance, and personalized attention. I recognize that student learners have varying learning styles and adapt my methodology to meet specific needs.
I aim to not only boost academic grades, but also to equip them with excellent communication and analytical research skills for future success in academia and beyond. I aim to promote a friendly environment where questioning and discussion are encouraged, and the learning continues through personal thought.
