About Avanika
I am a critically rational person because of my profession and equally spiritual because of my upbringing. Courses like Manas Yog Sadhna, Chakra Meditation, Happiness Program (Art of Living), Reiki Healing and Meditation, Vipassana, Sujok and many such similar programs have taught me that rationality and spirituality are complementary. I am also a student of History and try to use ancient wisdom in modern contexts.

I firmly believe that all locks have a key and no lock has been ever made without a matching key in this world. Hence, only after hearing the problem faced by the student satisfactorily, I discuss the logical solutions based on ancient texts and modern case studies. I like reading and observing people hence all my approaches are based on references. Rather than giving a specific solution, I try to discuss an issue in detail so that the student himself/ herself discovers the best possible option.
