About Jonathan
I am a PhD level Exercise Physiologist with 10+ years experience in both clinical and general exercise/fitness. I have also been a college professor in Exercise Science for the last 6 years with overwhelmingly positive teaching reviews. I truly enjoy the learning process and this is evident in my teaching style and passion for the field.

My technique and philosophy as an instructor/tutor includes:
- Mastery teaching approach. Allowing multiple opportunities with a topic until it can be mastered before moving on to the next step.
