About Haris
As an educator, my goal is to inspire confidence in my students by providing a supportive learning environment where they feel comfortable exploring new concepts and ideas. I believe that one of the keys to achieving this goal is by establishing my legitimacy as an expert in the subject matter.
To establish my legitimacy, I draw upon my education and experience in the field, as well as my ongoing commitment to professional development. I hold a Ph.D. degree from The Pennsylvania State University, and I have five years of experience in the field. I also regularly attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in my field.
In addition to establishing my legitimacy, I believe it is important to reassure students of my professionalism. This means that I am committed to maintaining high standards of ethical conduct, treating all students with respect and fairness, and providing a safe and inclusive learning environment.
I believe that my role as an educator is not just to impart knowledge, but also to help students develop critical thinking skills, creativity, and a love of learning that will stay with them throughout their lives. By inspiring confidence, establishing my legitimacy, and reassuring students of my professionalism, I hope to create a learning environment where all students feel empowered to take risks, ask questions, and explore new ideas.
