About Yashvardhan
I am a scientist, pursuing my PhD in Monash University. Previously, I was working for Schlumberger, world's biggest oil and gas service provider. But I was more interested in research and education, so I am now pursuing my Phd in climate change in IIT Bombay, where I assist teaching my Professor. I have 4 years of experience teaching Maths and Physics to students from Year 9-12

In the class, I like to pay individual attention to students, and constantly try to engage them through questions that make them think. I give them homework about finding examples from their own world about topics that have been covered in the class. This makes them relate to the subject instead of finding it as a chore that they have to do. I have a good background in problem-solving making it to national level Maths Olympiad after clearing the regionals. I teach students how to approach a problem, tackle difficult ones through different tools at your disposal and tips for competitive exams. My teaching philosophy is to provide a holistic understanding of the subject.
