About Sobia
Hi! I'm Sobia, a passionate English educator with over 10 years of university-level teaching experience and a PhD in English Literature (thesis submitted). I have taught thousands of students across some of Pakistan's leading universities — from engineering students mastering technical report writing to literature students exploring creative non-fiction and critical analysis.
My journey in education began at the National University of Modern Languages, where I also completed my M.Phil. and B.S. (Hons) in English, graduating second in my class. Since then, I have held permanent and visiting faculty positions at NUML, CUST, UOL, and UMT — giving me a rich, diverse teaching portfolio that spans ESL, IELTS preparation, academic writing, communication skills, and English literature.
I am also a published researcher with work featured in peer-reviewed journals, and a certified trainer under the prestigious US Embassy E-Teachers Program — a testament to my commitment to excellence in English language education.
Beyond qualifications, what sets me apart is my genuine love for the English language and my belief that every student can thrive with the right guidance, patience, and methodology.
