I'm a PhD student in Pharmacology at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. When I'm not thinking about or doing science, I enjoy being out in nature, spending time with my golden retriever puppy and significant other, reading good books, playing video games, and running.

I have been in research level science for the past 6 years. In high school and college, I got As and Bs on all science courses taken.
As a tutor, I will use a mixture of reading assignments and didactic teaching to convey the necessary information. We will also do problem solving sessions that will train you in developing deep thinking skills as they pertain to the scientific method.
This level of tutoring would be best for high school or college students with a desire to pursue a scientific career to develop the necessary thinking skills for professional level science.
