About Susmita
As an educator, I don’t just teach subjects — we help shape futures. The most effective way to guide children is through partnership, not pressure. It begins with listening. When we understand what excites our students, I can connect their daily learning to the bigger picture: how consistent effort, curiosity, and discipline today open doors tomorrow. In my classroom, I share real stories — my own and others’ — because children learn best from experiences, not lectures. I also give them choices. Offering two or three strong paths and letting them decide builds ownership and confidence. And I celebrate progress, not just perfection. A focused 30 minutes, a question asked, a skill practiced — these small steps are future-building moments.
