About Kyrsta
I grew up in Santa Cruz, California, a quaint beach town with a vibrant surf, skate, and yoga culture. I became passionate about health and wellness at a young age after dealing with chronic illness, and struggling to find answers through Western medicine. At around 15, I started practicing yoga and pilates, meditating, and changed my diet.
These three changes completely transformed my health. Yoga, especially, helped heal me on more than just a physical level, and it solidified my love of the practice and inspires me to share yoga's healing power with others.

My teaching method is centered on creating a supportive, personalized practice that meets you exactly where you are. I draw from vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga, tailoring each session to your needs, whether you want to build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress, or work toward a specific posture.
A typical lesson begins with breath work and gentle warm-up, followed by a sequence adapted to your goals, and closes with restorative postures for recovery and relaxation. Along the way, I explain the physical and mental benefits of each pose and give hands-on, or verbal, adjustments to refine your form and alignment.
What sets these private yoga sessions apart is the focus on you. Every class is designed to feel both accessible and challenging, so that your practice grows in a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable way.

Perfect! Krysta is exceptional. I've worked with various personal trainers, but Krysta stands out with her genuine passion and dedication to her craft. Each session feels thoughtfully designed, tailored to my needs, and incredibly effective. Her calming voice, flawless form, and gentle yet motivating push inspire me to improve every time.
