About Leah
Hi! I’m Leah — a former elite competitive gymnast with years of high-level training and competition experience. Gymnastics has been a huge part of my life, and I’m passionate about helping athletes build strong fundamentals, clean technique, confidence, and longevity in the sport.
I’ve trained across multiple levels of competitive gymnastics and understand what it takes to progress safely — whether you’re just starting out, returning after a break or injury, or working toward advanced skills. I focus not only on skills, but also on strength, flexibility, body awareness, and mindset.
My goal is to help gymnasts improve efficiently, avoid bad habits, and feel confident in their training — even from home.

My virtual gymnastics lessons are fully personalized and tailored to each athlete’s level, goals, and equipment access.

Perfect! Oh how I wish we found coach Leah sooner. She has been the absolute best match for helping my daughter feel confident in gymnastics. Leah is a wonderful instructor. She is clear, thought, patient, and kind, and with a command of the topics she teaches. I'm her proud dad, so of course take my recommendation with a grain of salt, but it's true!
My daughter took gymnastic lessons with Leah Fontaine from July 26-September 1st 2022. Leah is a wonderful tutor. I would highly recommend her for anyone wanting gymnastic lessons. She was great with my daughter, very consistent and always responded quickly. She is very mature for her age and is extremely talented at what she does. She has a lot of expertise in what she does. Do not pass her up!
Leah is my daughter and I can highly recommend her all around as a great teacher. She is motivated, intelligent and trustworthy. Her positive attitude and hard work ethic are exceptional. She has an above 4.0 GPA and she has completed all levels (1-10) of gymnastics training.
She is a great teacher and perfect for the job! Great with kids of friends any age and I think she is a great role model.
